Behind the scenes: how a batch gets from machine to your dock
By Operations Team
Once a purchase order is confirmed, the batch is scheduled onto the production floor against our current queue — you get a firm date at this point, not an estimate.
As production completes, a sample from each batch goes through dimensional and visual inspection against the original spec sheet before the batch is released to packing.
Packing accounts for the shipping method and destination — parts going pan-India by road freight are packed differently than parts headed to a buyer doing final assembly the same week.
Every dispatched order gets a tracking number sent directly to whoever placed the order, and a packing list itemizing what's in the shipment against the original PO.
